Online Analysis Measures Properties Throughout Your Production Process

Monitor and quantify an extensive list of properties from wort through to finished beer with Verum’s ApexBio Beer Analyzer. The Apex analyzer saves time and prevents waste during switch-overs, since brands can be validated on-line with immediately verifiable results. Using Near Infrared (NIR) technology for its analysis, the Apex line of analyzers measure beer with an in situ sensor mounted into the beer flow. Verum offers retractable probes and employs a clean in process (CIP) operation for sanitization integrity and easy maintenance.

Utilizing Verum Analytics sequential multiplexer, one analyzer can measure up to 20 different measurement points, allowing you to measure at all critical stages of production with one analyzer, and one single tie-in to your DCS.
