Complete Beer Analysis - In the Lab or Online

The IsoChem Complete Beer Analysis (CBA) system provides a wide range of measurements critical during beer production processes. Select from Laboratory, at-line, and Online/In Process systems. Analysis is non-destructive and can be done in situ using SIP/CIP probes.

The Online CBA System continuously reports the alcohol level, determination of original gravity and calories of your beer products without extraction or preparation of samples, providing a closed loop control. Measure/calculate properties such as:

Online Analysis Measures Properties Throughout Your Production Process

Monitor and quantify an extensive list of properties from wort through to finished beer with Verum’s IsoChem Beer Analyzer. The CBA System saves time and prevents waste during switch-overs, since brands can be validated on-line with immediately verifiable results. The process line becomes more efficient and the quantity of out-of-spec product is reduced.

The Complete Beer Analyzer can be installed on-line, providing continuous, fast analyses of your brewing and fermentation system with no delays during the testing process. Information provided by the CBA System can be used to program the blender, should adjustments become necessary.

Using Near Infrared (NIR) technology for its analysis, the CBA System measures beer with a fiber optic probe inserted into the beer flow. The probe is retractable and employs a clean in process (CIP) operation for sanitization integrity and easy maintenance.

Utilizing Verum Analytics sequential multiplexer, one analyzer can measure up to 20 different measurement points, allowing you to measure at all critical stages of production with one analyzer, and one single tie-in to your DCS.
